Most patients wear each set of aligners for about two weeks before moving to the next tray. Aligners generally need to be worn 20 to 22 hours a day, taken out only for eating, drinking and brushing, and we'll see your family periodically to check progress.
Caring for your aligners is simple: rinse them when you take them out, brush them gently, keep them in their case when they're not being worn, and drink only plain water while they're in.
